  • Prepare tailored proposals covering luxury travel, fine dining, private events, shopping, wellness and exclusive experiences.

  • Build a detailed understanding of members’ preferences, anticipate their needs and offer relevant recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, travel providers and specialist lifestyle suppliers, particularly across Southeast Asia.

  • Maintain accurate member profiles, request histories, booking details and service updates within internal systems.

  • Follow confidentiality, data protection and internal service standards.

  • Participate in the 24/7 service rota, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with clear handovers between colleagues.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; with fluency in at least one additional language – Thai, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin or Malay.

  • Strong organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prepare clear, tailored proposals and identify relevant opportunities to enhance the member experience.

  • A proactive, discreet and service-focused approach, with ownership of requests from initial enquiry to completion.
