Job description
Client Support: Provide VIP concierge and travel services, from booking luxury experiences to special gifts.
Request Management: Oversee premium and call center requests, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Client Communication: Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients.
Email & Call Management: Direct incoming communication to the appropriate teams.
CRM & Data Management: Keep client data and service history up to date in the CRM system.
Team Support: Assist other teams during busy times or holidays.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Build strong partnerships to deliver high-quality services.
Research & Solutions: Find top solutions for unique client needs.
Job requirements
Ideally some experience in operations, concierge, travel industry or customer service in a luxury setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in CRM systems and operational tools.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional service quality.
Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and outside regular hours to support our global clientele.
