About Insignia

Since 1996, Insignia has specialised in delivering bespoke lifestyle and financial solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals worldwide. Through our global network, premium partnerships, and highly personalised approach, we provide exceptional service standards tailored to an international clientele.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding within our Corporate Travel Services and are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware, and client-focused Niche Corporate Travel Specialist to join the team.

This is not a traditional travel consultant role.

We are looking for somebody who understands the nuances of high-touch corporate travel management. Somebody capable of owning the entire client journey from enquiry through to post-travel support, while building trusted long-term relationships with clients operating in fast-paced international environments.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage complex global corporate travel arrangements for premium clients, acting as both a travel specialist and trusted account liaison.

You will be responsible for delivering seamless, highly personalised travel solutions while managing client expectations, supplier coordination, operational execution, and ongoing account servicing.

This role requires somebody commercially minded, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable communicating directly with demanding international clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within corporate travel management, business travel, VIP servicing, luxury travel, concierge, or other niche high-service environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for international clients

  • Handle complex itineraries including flights, hotels, ground transportation, rail, visas, and ancillary services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients

  • Act as the main point of contact and liaison throughout the travel process

  • Provide proactive, high-touch support before, during, and after travel

  • Work closely with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and partners globally

  • Ensure smooth handling of schedule changes, disruptions, and urgent travel requirements

  • Support account management activities and contribute to long-term client retention

  • Maintain traveller profiles, preferences, and service standards

  • Utilise GDS systems efficiently, with a strong preference for Amadeus

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance service offering and client experience

  • Deliver exceptional communication and response times in a fast-moving environment

Job requirements

  • Previous experience within corporate travel is essential

  • Experience within luxury travel, concierge, VIP servicing, or HNWI/UHNWI environments is highly advantageous

  • Strong GDS knowledge, ideally Amadeus

  • Confident managing international and multi-sector itineraries

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • Comfortable dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure

  • Flexible approach to working hours when required due to international client needs

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of premium service standards

  • Fluent English is essential

Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
