Job description
The Direct Sales Executive will acquire and develop ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) relationships through a high-trust, high-touch commercial approach. The role is responsible for building a qualified pipeline, converting prospects through a premium consultative process, and coordinating a personalized onboarding experience in close partnership with internal onboarding and compliance teams. Success requires deep product and objection handling training, disciplined pipeline execution and immediate qualification and closing skills (prospects are often a one-shot opportunity).
Benefits of working at Insignia
You will operate in a dynamic, premium environment at the pinnacle of luxury banking and concierge experience worldwide, backed by more than 30 years of expertise. The role offers unique access to ultra-high-net-worth networks, including exclusive events and venues where relationships are built at the highest level. At Insignia, ambition is matched by execution—our mindset is captured in a simple promise we live by every day: “Yes to impossible.”
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute a pipeline plan with clear weekly activity and conversion targets.
Source qualified prospects through trusted networks, introducers, strategic partners, and high-calibre events.
Enable premium discovery meetings to diagnose needs (privacy, service expectations, lifestyle, and financial preferences) and qualify fit.
Present Insignia’s value proposition credibly and consistently, tailored to the client’s context, without discounting premium positioning.
Manage objections with composure (fees, privacy, onboarding requirements, ‘why Insignia’ comparisons) and progress deals to decision.
Coordinate onboarding with internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, compliant client experience.
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: accurate updates, follow-ups, and reporting cadence.
Protect brand integrity through disciplined qualification, ethical conduct, and confidentiality at all times.
